WTC Barcelona is located in the Old Port (Port Vell) in the city, which has established itself in the last few years as a privileged gateway for business in the South of Europe.
WTC Barcelona, housed in a complex comprising four eight story buildings totaling 130.000 square meters, is the work of the US Architects, Pei, Cobb, Freed & Partners, the authors of, among other constructions, the famous "glass pyramid" at the Louvre Museum in Paris.
Three of the four buildings, which go to make up WTC Barcelona, are designed to house 40.000 square meters of rental office space. The type of installations and the morphology of the buildings make it easy for us to flexibly manage your space requirements.
You can contract the space that you need in units of 40 square meters and upwards. Each floor of the three buildings is completely open plan and has a total surface area from 1.300 to 1.900 square meters.
The ground floor of WTC Barcelona is the area where you can find 6.000 m2 of commercial businesses which are able to cater for a diversity of company needs: stationer's, photocopier's, courier service, banks, rent-a-car, restaurants, pharmacy and minimarket.
The fourth building in the complex looking out onto the city holds the Grand Marina Hotel, a 5 star GL hotel with 291-rooms. To conclude, WTC Barcelona contains large car parking facilities, with capacity for 900 vehicles, designed for companies in the center and users.
Furthermore, you will find at WTC Barcelona a new space concept for Congresses and conventions centers. Flexible and versatile spaces (from 30 m2 to 800 m2) apt for any configuration type, with excellent luminosity and a quality restaurant service. WTC Barcelona can provide you with all the services you may need to organize any event (from the audiovisual equipment to hostesses, stands or security system). All this in unbeatable surroundings, looking out onto the Mediterranean sea and onto Barcelona's historic city center.

From now on, WTC Barcelona offers a new and exclusive window about information and management of any kind of request about international commerce to all WTCS and their affiliated companies: the INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS GATE (IBG).
IBG is the result of a collaboration agreement signed among WTC Barcelona and the maximum institutions connected with the international trade in Catalonia (Chamber of Commerce of Barcelona, COPCA, PIMEC-SEFES, Port of Barcelona and CILSA,) whose trajectory and experience guarantee IBG as an essential tool to contact national companies and its market. Among its services IBG offers as follows: general information about markets, trade fairs, trade missions, specific information such as market opportunities, contracts, market surveys, lists of companies? that?s to say, the entrance to the business world in Catalonia.
The amount of the affiliated companies to all these institutions sums up more than 150.000 companies, all of them located in Catalonia, representing a wonderful platform for contacts and business opportunities.

WTC Barcelona can coordinate all aspects and requirements for incoming business people and trade missions, such as:the organization and coordination of collective or individual programs of interviews with companies in Catalonia,hotel and travel reservations, receptions, tours, industrial visits and assistance with guest and target lists.
