design online and submit their own catalogs at no cost.
If you are a member of a World Trade Center and have not
yet been assigned a World Trade Center Member Id and Password,
please contact your local World
Trade Center to request one.

Follow the five simple steps on the On-Line Catalog Data
Entry Menu in order to post your catalog. You must complete
Step 1 prior to Steps 2-5. If you leave the menu area before
submitting your catalog to us, your entry will not be saved.
Proceed to Add Catalog Menu
: Enter information
about your company. Please complete all required fields.
- Upload Company Logo (*.jpg file)
- Upload photo of Corporate Headquarters (*.jpg
file)
- Only after this step is completed will you be able to
access Steps 2-5.
- Upload Product Photographs
- All uploaded photos must be in the .jpg
format.
For best results upload product images at a size of approximately
500 x 500 pixels. Your image will not be enlarged so the
size of the 'zoomed' photo will be determined by the size
of the image you upload.
After selecting a product to associate with the photo
you are uploading, click "BROWSE", find the
photograph file on your computer, then click "OK"
or "OPEN". Next click "UPDATE RECORD"
to save the image with your product page.
- Only one photograph may be associated with each product.
- If you upload more than one photo for a single product,
each upload will overwrite the previous ones.
: Enter information
about one of your products. You may repeat this step as
many times as necessary to add additional products.

: Preview your
On-Line Catalog pages. See exactly how your pages will
appear once approved to WTCA OnLine ( www.wtca.org
). Check to see that your product images appear with the
appropriate products. If necessary, modify your OnLine
Catalog pages. You may change text or reload product images.
Make any changes to your pages before submission.
: Calculate number
of the pages posted. For WTC Members there is no cost
associated with submitting catalog pages.
Read and "Agree" to Terms and Conditions of WTCA OnLine
Exhibitor Agreement. This step is necessary for all WTC
Members prior to approval and activation of your catalog
pages on WTCA's web site. Failure to agree to the terms
and conditions of the WTCA OnLine Exhibitor Agreement
will result in the exhibitor's catalog not being posted
to the web site
: Submit your entries
to the On-Line Catalog Administrator. You will be assigned
a ticket number as a reference and your catalog pages
will be reviewed by WTCA Headquarters. Upon receipt of
the Email confirmation agreeing to terms and conditions
of the WTCA Exhibitor's Agreement your catalog will be
approved to WTCA's website http://www.wtca.org.
You will receive an approval confirmation e-mail message
that includes your personal catalog web address (URL).
Once your catalog is available within WTCA OnLine, you
will be able to add products or modify your catalog pages
at anytime from WTCA OnLine using your WTCA OnLine Id
and Password. You may also view statistics and contact
information as to who has visited your catalog and which
products were viewed.
Using your WTCA OnLine Id and Password you may access
"who has viewed your catalog pages" or modify
your catalog pages at anytime.
